Complimentary Tickets & Associate Credits Terms & Conditions 2011
Facebook Voucher Competition
- 3 x $20 discount vouchers will be awarded to randomly selected people who 'like' our Facebook page by 30th November 2011
- The winners will be announced on our Facebook page and notified in writing.
- It is the responsibility of the winners to redeem their voucher at the time of entering into the 2012 competition. Please contact the RSS office prior to finalising your entry to ensure the discount is applied.
- The winner can use the discount voucher for their individual entry into the 2012 RSSS Competition or nominate a School or Club for whom they wish to receive the discount voucher for the 2012 Competition only.
- In the event the winner doesn't submit an entry in 2012 the voucher will be forfeited.
- The voucher can be redeemed only against entry fees and administration fees (it can not be used to purchase Guidebooks, tickets or merchandise).
- If an individual/group entry is less than $20 the remainder of the voucher can not be carried over towards another entry nor can it be used for another year.
Complimentary Tickets
- Complimentary ticket vouchers are supplied to sponsors, donors and supporters based on their level of support, or alternatively are won via a Royal South Street endorsed competition or promotion.
- These ticket vouchers can not be purchased.
- The complimentary ticket voucher must be exchanged for one valid unbooked session ticket from either MajesTix for disciplines held at Her Majesty’s Theatre or the Royal South Street Ticket box for events at the Diocesan Centre or Wendouree Performing Arts Centre.
- The voucher can only be used for one unbooked Royal South Street session.
- The voucher is valid for a morning, afternoon or evening session only.
- Tickets are subject to seat availability at any given session.
- The voucher will be deemed void if not redeemed in the given year the voucher was allocated.
- The voucher can not be redeemed for cash.
2011 Booked and Specified Sessions Complimentary Tickets are NOT valid for.

- Saturday 8th October evening session Open Jazz Troupes 7.00pm
- Saturday 15th October Junior Championship evening session only
- Friday 21st October Peace and Quiet's Most Graceful Solo evening 7.00pm
- Saturday 22nd October Senior Championship all day
- Sunday 23rd October Champ Reserve afternoon session only
- Saturday 29th October Championship Intermediates evening session sonly
- Sunday 30th October Stems Showcase 2.00pm
Associate Credits
- One associate credit vouchers voucher will be supplied to all RSSS associates at the end of a rostered competition session.
- Credit vouchers can not be purchased.
- Credit vouchers can be used by associates or given to family members or friends. Credits are to be handed to the person manning the door at either Her Majesty’s Theatre or the Diocesan Centre.
- The credit can only be used for one unbooked Royal South Street session.
- The credit is valid for a morning, afternoon or evening session only.
- Credits are subject to seat availability at any given session.
- The Credit will be deemed void if not redeemed in the given year the voucher was allocated.
- The credit can not be redeemed for cash.

#All active associates in a given year will be be sent letters inviting them to accept one ticket to the Herald Sun Aria Semi-final and Stems Showcase evening as a thank you for volunteering in a given year. Letters must be taken to Box Office and a ticket will be allocated.
